Please fill out the return sheet that was shipped with your purchased items. Indicate there if it is for exchange or refund and please indicate the reason.
Place it with the items you wish to return in a package and mail them to:
The return costs must be covered by the customer.
The return has to be shipped within 14 days after receiving the package. Otherwise an exchange/return is not possible.
Alternated or damaged items can not be exchanged or refunded.

If you are sending the return package from outside the EU please stick the invoice on the outside of the return package and declare it as a return package to avoid trouble or additional expenses with customs.
Keep in mind:
- Underwear is not exchangeable
- items can only be exchanged or refunded if they arrive back at Rollitex if they are in the same conditions you have received them
- Tags and labels should not be removed nor should the items be worn, washed nor alternated in any way
- complete this Returns Form & include it with your returns, so returned item/s can be assigned to you and exchanged or refunded.
If a mistake was made by Rollitex or you received faulty items:. The expenses have to be covered by the customer. In this case please contact Rollitex first via email or telephone within 14 days after receiving the items. Rollitex will then offer you a solution.
Customers in the U.K. can not get a VAT exempt as it is a purchase from Germany. These rules apply to all Non-EU countries as well.
