Delivery Information
Standard delivery is subsidised to all countries. When you've ordered and paid for an item, we know that you want it to arrive quickly and enjoy the pleasure of your new purchase. We aim to get items to you quickly and securely. Items will come direct from the manufacturers in Germany.
Generally, we expect to dispatch items to you the same or next day, but at least within 2 working days. In some cases this may not be possible and we will email you with notification of the delay. Delivery normally takes 3-5 working days to the UK once shipped. If you think your parcel is taking an unusually long time to arrive, please get in touch and we will track it down for you.

SATURDAY is not calculated as a working day (if delivery requested in additional order info: We have to charge 10€ !)
Saturday and Sunday: Express orders can only be shipped on MONDAY!

Desperate for an item? If you need something delivered urgently, or somewhere else - e.g. a foreign hotel - we'll do our utmost to help you. It may cost a little extra, but we'll talk you through the options and costs to see what suits. We'll always look for the best price and will never charge more than it costs. Customer service comes as standard.
Likewise with fast shipping, if you are an international customer and need an item delivered within 3 working days we can arrange a quote for this. Please get in touch. To give an example, a parcel containing 2 pairs of jeans to the US cost 120€
